Greetings Readers,
This post may be a little off topic, however, it is a cause that I believe should be addressed. Where I live there is barely any means of recycling, however, the city has put up a poll on their website where anyone can vote on having recycling bins put in place throughout the city, make curbside recycling available at cost to the residents, or no recycling option at all.
Based upon the amount of votes and phone calls that the city receives the city will determine whether or not to test out one of the recycling options. If things go well then the recycling option that they choose could possibly expand to other cities, and at that rate perhaps (with a lot of hope) things could get expanded to other states.
This, readers, is where I ask a favor from all of you. Visit http://www.sjbparish.com/poll.asp and submit your vote on the city’s online poll regarding recycling. Perhaps if we can get this done then it will start a chain reaction in the future. Thanks for your help, readers, and best of luck to anyone else who has come across the same issue or something similar where they live! Also, if you have something like this that needs to be voted on your city’s website please comment and we will see that it gets passed around
.
there r recycling bins in my city but they r usually invisible or located at an awkward not strategic locations. if they r visible, people treated them as normal rubbish bin. some people still think global warming and the finity of natural resources r just a myth.

There is one recycling bin in the area where I live, but because of where it’s located (behind a building) people either don’t know it exists or just think that it’s a garbage bin. If there were more bins, or even just in visible areas then people would use them. Thanks for your insightful comment.
