Wal-Mart’s Recycling Bins

Attention all Wal-Mart Environmental shoppers! If you live in a small town or out in the country where it is much harder to find a place that accepts items to be recycled then you’re in luck! Recently Wal-Mart has begun a recycling program, though it is aimed more so toward kids adults can take part as well. Inside of their stores there are two recycling bins. One bin is for clean plastics and the other bin is for clean aluminum. So, if you are like a lot us lately, unable to locate recycling centers, then head over to your local Wal-Mart (provided you have one).

If you want more information on how Wal-Mart is trying to take their part in helping the environment then you can head over to their website and do some reading.

  1. I friend of mine works at Wal-Mark and he recently informed me that they don’t recycle at all. It’s all fake. They separate the plastics and aluminum in different bins and then throw it out with the rest of the garbage. He works in stock so he sees it all the time. I depends on Wal-Mart for a lot of my needs and hearing this drives me insane. I’m going to tell everyone I know AND people I don’t know. I don’t want anyone to be tricked into thinking they should start a new way of recycling by bringing their aluminum and plastic to Wal-Mart. I had great expectations for Wal-Mart. I am truly disappointed at this lie.
